At the heart of my work is the belief that our present struggles are often rooted in patterns from the past—stories we carry, often unconsciously, that shape the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world. Psychodynamic therapy offers a space to explore those deeper layers, gently uncovering the origins of emotional pain, recurring relationship patterns, or inner conflict.

Together, we’ll work to understand the “why beneath the what”—looking at not just what’s happening in your life, but how it connects to your experiences, your upbringing, and the emotional truths you may not have had room to voice. I believe that real change comes not just from fixing symptoms, but from understanding ourselves in a fuller, more honest way.

In our work, I hold space for your whole self—your thoughts, your feelings, your defenses, your longings—and I move at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy can be a place of deep self-discovery and emotional repair, and I’m honored to walk that path with you.
